As a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, Aspect Skills has established Freshers' Employment Center (FEC), a platform that will ensure a win-win situation for freshers and recruiters alike. It is an organized effort for freshers seeking employment and companies seeking recruits. Freshers can enroll with FEC and will receive orientation and job opportunity updates at no cost. Companies can also register to hire trained fresh talent screened by Aspect Skills.
